ISLAMABAD:Dr. Asim Hussain born at Karachi in 1953, Dr. Asim Hussain was educated in the Karachi Grammer School, Cadet College Petaro, Dow Medical College Karachi and in Europe. He is the grandson of Dr. Sir Zia ud Din Ahmed. Dr. Sir Zia ud Din Ahmed (1877-1947) was an outstanding and versatile educationist and political figure. Dr. Asim Hussain has also previously served as Advisor to the Prime Minister on Petroleum & Natural Resources and Chairman of the National Reconstruction Bureau (NRB) with the status of a Federal Minister. Dr. Asim Hussain is the owner of Zia ud Din Group of Hospitals which is the largest group of Pakistan functioning under Dr. Zia ud Din Trust. The hospitals provide the latest medical treatment and care en affordable rates for every citizen of the country. In recognition of his invaluable contribution to the country, Dr. Asim Hussain was conferred the award of Sitara-e-Imtiaz on March 23, 2005. There are in-numerous irregularities & corruption of funds in Administration Department of OGDCL.

The promotion cases of M/S Azra Admin. Assistant & Azeema Ibrahim, Programmer must be reviewed to determine how the General Manager (HR) has been going beyond his powers delegated to him.

Enquire about the lecherous officers who enjoyed sensual pleasure/lust during their official trip to abroad.

Kindly know that I neither have personal agenda nor intend to gain any advantage but I cry with hearts full of tears and pain to see the people who are involved in burglarizing of public ex-chequer. My aim is to pin point irregularities for your knowledge.
Do you know that M/s Alulink have been/are being awarded
contracts/jobs indiscriminately without following proper procedure by Admn department OGDCL on single source basis without following PEPRA rules.
Is there only M/s Alulink only firm who
provide innumerous services in OGDCL like: -

1. Fumigation. (so-called)

2. Manpower supply.

3. Repair/Maintenance of building.

4. Janitorial services.

5. Installation of vanishing blinds.

6. Supply of furniture/fixture.

There is corruption of more than 15 billion of rupees in Adman. Depts. You can check it from the record of IMPREST SECTION for the period from 2005 to June 2011.

Kindly pay your attentions on the corruption in OGDCL
particularly in ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT and have the fear of Allah. You probably don't know that a huge amount between 3 -4 million per month is drawn through the CASH IMPREST by the A. Manager (Adman) against bogus vouchers. If an inquiry is conducted so you will bedetermined that each and every purchase has been made through M/s Alulink who always quote lowest rates supported with fake Quotations.
